We took WordPress and WooCommerce far beyond their defaults, writing custom PHP to reshape the platform into a purpose-built shipping management system. Every order flows through a tailored pipeline: from booking and serial generation to customs clearance and door-to-door delivery across the Middle East. Custom shipment stages replace WooCommerce's generic statuses, and an automated email system fires context-specific notifications at every critical touchpoint — many of which WordPress simply doesn't support out of the box. Clients can track their cargo, manage their accounts, and place new orders without a single phone call, while the admin side gives the Alrahhal team full operational visibility in one place.
